Kvalifikationer

People Advisory is looking for a Business Partner based in Stockholm that can support the business when it comes to performance talks, terminations and various initiatives that the People Advisory team is running. The main tasks will be to support the competences within the company with performance related matters, exit conversations etc. You will provide serves as subject-matter expert to managers and employees, facilitates difficult interactions among organizational stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes; resolves escalated conflicts among stakeholders and Build consensus and settles disputes on HR policy and practice decision.
