Job Description
As an HRBP you will act as point of contact for managers in all people and organizational related matters in the employee lifecycle. This includes our annual people processes such as performance management, talent and succession planning, compensation & benefits and different development programs.
Key responsibilities
Working within a fast-paced environment, you will act as the key point of contact to approximately 20 managers
Responsible for building managerial capability through focused HR practices as well as guidance, coaching, counselling and development
Participate in negotiations for the collective bargain agreements concerning the Group Functions
Run introductions and onboarding activities for new employees and managers
Provide local and position specific salary benchmark data together with Compensation & Benefits
Support managers throughout the different HR processes in the HR system (Workday)
Develop and drive trainings for managers around wellbeing and other prioritized areas
ct as an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment and promote diversity and inclusion
You will report to Sr HR Business Partner and the location for this position is our headquarter in the City Centre of Stockholm. Skills & Requirements
To succeed in this role, you have a strong ability to build relationships, trust and network within the own business function as well as in the HR organization, with a strong stakeholder management ability. You are collaborative and communicate in a clear and efficient way. Further, you have a good analytical ability to be able to identify, drive, and develop the HR agenda. You are curious and explorative, showing willingness to initiate actions and drive the business and leaders forward with confidence in the decision-making process. You have the ability of challenging the business, coaching and influencing the leaders to consider the broader perspective.
University degree or a degree from a Higher Vocational Education (HVE) in relevant field
Previous HR experience (2-5 years), meritorious with knowledge from working in an global organization
Fluent in English both written and orally, meritorious with a good knowledge in Swedish
Meritorious with knowledge in Swedish labor law and collective bargain agreements
