HR Business Partner to Lindex

Do you want to be part of a company which higher purpose is to empower and inspire women everywhere? We are looking for a HR Business Partner to our Logistic department and Warehouse operations, for a substitute position until December 2022.

Your role in our team. You are part our Logistics department, working with operations in our Distribution Centers located in Partille and Borås. As HR BP, you support and contribute to the achievement of Lindex business, and you are an active partner to Supervisors and Managers in the Logistics department and in our Warehouses. You are also an important part of the Logistics and DC Management group. Working both operational and strategic you strive to make sure Lindex purpose, vision and culture always influence the organisation.

A big part of the work is administrative, but you are also an important support to the DC supervisors. You are the local expert when it comes to labor law, rehabilitation matters and union negotiations. As HR BP you work in close collaboration with both internal and external contacts. You make sure to keep up with HR related questions, and to develop your competence working in close collaboration with your HR colleagues at Lindex. Your workplace will be both in Partille and Borås.

This is a substitute position, until December 2022.

University degree within HR or equivalent
Previous work experience within HR including employment law, labour relations, union negotiations. Preferably working with Blue Collar
Swedish and English, both spoken and written
