In this role, you will work closely with our amazing colleagues (HR BP, TA, organizational coach) and together with our other HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the operational and strategic HR work, by developing, implementing and following up on common routines, policies and processes.
About the role:
At M, our culture is always developing, and you will help support managers and ensure that HR strategies support the company's overall goals linked to the business plan.
With a focus on both future and existing employees, several exciting HR projects are in the plan for the coming years, within areas such as company culture, feedback culture, diversity and inclusion, talent management and more.
You will support and drive the implementation of recurrent HR processes and projects such as development talks, employee surveys, salary mapping, HR/IS system etc. You will identify, strengthen and manage the company's values and culture in line with the organization’s growth and together with company managers. Through various HR initiatives, you will contribute to identifying and supporting the M growth goals.
In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, there will be plenty of possibilities to develop work streams in line with areas that you feel passionate about.

The role is based in our Stockholm office (Jakobsbergsgatan 17, the MOOD Galleria) and reports to Head of HR.
