Job Description
We are looking for a driven and creative HR Business Partner to our global client within Medtech. You will be a member of our client’s Swedish HR team and be a key player in making sure our client attracts, retains, and develops the right employees and teams, enabling to fast forward the future of healthcare. You will primarily support the Head of Clinics at the health centers in both strategic and operational HR issues, but to some extent also provide support to other managers within the Swedish organization. You need to work proactively, constantly aiming to improve their people processes and tools. As a disruptor within healthcare, with no legacy, everyone in the team is expected to be part of building the company and people processes. For you to enjoy the work environment at our client you should enjoy changes and not feel stressed by uncertainty or building from scratch. You are curious about culture initiatives, team building activities and ways of improving their communication and collaboration. You are also great at collect ideas and dare to try them out. You challenge the traditional ways of doing HR and try to be innovative and creative to get maximum impact. You are passionate about creating a better and more patient focused healthcare. Your responsibilities will be the go-to person for all managers and employees in assigned teams on all HR-related matters. Be our client’s HR-expert in labor law and collective agreements. Be a strategic partner to managers and constantly challenge them regarding team development: Coach managers in having feedback conversations, setting up individual development plans, promotions, etc. Team growth: Analyze and plan the team's growth, supervise succession plans and work proactively to identify roles that will be needed and thus have a close dialogue with the recruitment team. L&D: Identify training needs in the organization and collaborate on executing L&D initiatives together with other parts of the HR team. Conduct trade union negotiations for our client and ensure good trade union relations. Systematically drive work environment processes and make sure our client is compliant and best in class. Support with employee administration such as employment contracts, salary reviews, updating information in their HRIS etc. Constantly iterate guidelines and policies and make sure they are up to date as the organization and business scale and develop. Drive people initiatives/projects, help roll out and follow up on initiatives and measuring progress.

Salary
As agreed.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40 hours per week. The position will start as soon as possible and is expected to run for 12 months, with possible extension.
