About the job
As an HRBP based at the Nexer headquarter in Gothenburg, you’ll get the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and through both strategy and operational work contribute to the organizational overall objectives. You will have a central role in supporting the business, primarily in Sweden, and you will also be responsible for processes internationally. You will:
Coach and challenge leaders to build and strengthen their leadership capabilities.
Work as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR-related matters.
Drive and execute on HR-projects as well as working on the continuous development of our HR-function.
Support organizational change initiatives by change management efforts through the business.
Improve, develop, update, implement and follow up on HR-policies and procedures in the organizations, ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements.
Together with the HR-team create scalable processes to support and enable organizational growth and efficiency.
Utilize data and analytics and make data driven decisions.

Your background
You are an expert in HR-related issues and handle these with high integrity and a professional approach. You have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, or equivalent, and have at least 5 years of qualified and progressive HR experience. You have in-depth knowledge in HR principles, practices, and procedures and feel confident leading organizational change initiatives. You have extensive knowledge in industrial relations and labour law. You also have a proven track record of advising, challenging, coaching, and supporting leaders on people-related issues and processes.

You are proactive, reliable, and communicative and you build trustworthy relations with your colleagues and stakeholders. You create trust through your competence, the way you lead and meet people, and the way you pursue issues.
