Main responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing regional HR support and for investigating and resolving local specific HR queries in a timely manner. As HRBP you provide advice and addresses queries with respect to local (Country & State) HR legislation and statutory requirements.
You will provide local employee relations support. As HRBP you will support local line managers dealing with people issues and manages employee exit management.
The primary scope is the specific region, HRBP also participates in global initiatives regarding recruitment, rewards and other people initiatives. For day to day work you collaborate extensively with HR Operations and Recruitment colleagues. You also will:
* Processes and resolves specific HR queries for Local organization
* Provides on-site support for processes where physical presence is required
* Provides customer service and represents HR to the business
* Provides data and insight when required in support of HR Projects being undertaken by the HRBP group
* Executes HR administrative tasks which require local support
* Advises business stakeholders on HR Policy queries and/or refer complex questions to the appropriate group
* Where required, addresses queries from Safeguard in relation to small country management
* Where required, provides support on specific labour relations knowledge to support HR and Line managers
The position is based in our offices in Stockvik, Sundsvall. Travelling to our sites in Alby and Örnsköldsvik is required.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with well-rounded generalist HR experience with an emphasis on change. You have a Bachelor´s degree or master in HR together with experience operating as business partner for dynamic, growing organization. Further you have broad and deep knowledge and background within organizational and HR processes. We appreciate your ability to labor relations and your skills in employment law. You are fluent in oral and written in English and Swedish.
Your personal qualities are professional and people data analysis and interpretation with a good ability to high quality as an expert with efficient service delivery. You're also a strategic thinker and consistent implementer.
