The position as HR Business Partner Manufacturing is located at our refinery in Nynäshamn, located south of Stockholm - only 30 minutes by car.

Key responsibilities
As HR Business Partner within Business Area Manufacturing your responsibility is to drive HR initiatives and the HR agenda in line with business objectives and in cooperation with the Refinery Management and Nynas HR Team. You will work in close cooperation with managers at our refinery in Nynäshamn as well as the refinery in Gothenburg where you will be part of the local management Team. From time to time, some travel to our refinery site in Gothenburg may be required.
Further responsibilities are to:
• Align the HR agenda to business needs and requirement
• Support and coach managers to find path and resolutions on HR related activities and issues relating to employees, organisation and change
• Launch, drive, support and status reporting on the HR cycle activities as the appraisal process, salary review, succession planning and talent review
• Actively seek improvement opportunities in HR areas and ways of working
• Collaborate and interact with managers, stakeholders and unions to get People processes and activities working efficient.
• Ensure that the collective labour agreement, law, policies and regulations are followed in HR areas and in line with the business needs
Candidate profile
To succeed in this position, we see that you have a bachelor’s degree within the Human Resources area. Additional requirements are:
• Minimum five years of qualified HR experience from an international environment, preferably from engineering or manufacturing companies.
• Very good knowledge of English and the Swedish language.
• Considerable knowledge of HR processes.
• A good knowledge of Swedish labour law and Union negotiations.
We are looking for a team-oriented person with self-confidence to independently drive our people processes and HR agenda at the site together with managers and other stakeholders. You communicate effectively and have excellent interpersonal skills. We assume you set the highest standards in terms of ambition, performance, integrity and ethics.
