One of our HR Business Partners is going on parental leave and we are now looking for a business driven HR Business Partner to make a true impact together with the rest of our amazing team. This is a challenge for the true generalist in the HR field, spanning from local to global covering almost all aspects of HR, where you will contribute within your own areas of expertise.

We offer you

As an HR Business Partner at Kappahl, you will work close to business, being a part of one or more management teams at our headquarters. You will have a focus on recruitment and employer branding locally and globally.

You will work strategically and operatively within the whole field of HR, for example support to managers, business development, competence management, employment law, rehab and work environment. You will develop strategies, policies and digital processes and tools. You will be a part of the HR and Communication and will report to the HR & Comp&Ben Manager.

Your profile

You have a relevant academic degree within HR or similar, and at least five years of experience from similar roles. You have experience of working with a consultative approach towards manager and are used to contributing to management teams. You communicate clearly and efficiently in both English and Swedish. You have an “outside-in” perspective and you know how to take a strategy from idea to fully implemented routine, both locally and globally.
