As the leading provider of intralogistics solutions, SSI SCHÄFER is looking for a HR Business Partner to support our expansion in Sweden while building a solid foundation of world class transactions and administration.
You will
This is a real HR Generalist function where you combine strategy, HR advise &support as well administration skills. You develop local HR strategies and are a first point of contact for employees and managers; providing leadership, guidance and help with individual needs and HR processes.
You work closely with the Region HR Lead and partner with the management team to effectively align, lead and implement the HR strategy to support the business. You also work with the organization to drive team effectiveness, employee engagement and a growth mindset culture while providing organizational insights for the management team to make the highest quality decisions, and to mitigate operational risks.
First period you will be supporting management with recruitment and on-boarding process of 75 new employees for a Customer site and this is a unique opportunity where you will be vital part of ensuring the maintenance of on of the biggest automation solutions in the world. Other areas of responsibility
• Ensure all business activities comply with current Country employment legislation, supports best practice and is consistent and fair in its approach.
• Lead and manage complex employee relations cases and change management programmes.
• Provide expert direction and advice on employment and people matters across the business, whilst considering the risk and impact of decisions.
• Provide effective resource and workforce planning to ensure the businesses human resource needs are successfully met in a reliable, timely and cost-effective manner.
• Delivering key HR initiatives across the HR spectrum, including workforce planning, restructuring, recruitment, talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management.
• Where appropriate review and develop policy, process and procedure.
• Employees have responsibilities for their safety whilst at work and to co-operate with the Company on all health & safety requirements.
• Ensure Operational Excellence with superior HR data maintenance, Personnel file Management and HR scorecards.
• Guarantees that payroll system and administration is up to date and salaries are paid out.
The HR Business Partner will be located in Gothenburg and reports to VP Regional Head of Human Resources Northern Europe.
You are
Competence and experience are important, but personality and potential are key! You have a demonstrated ability to act autonomously with ability to see the whole picture as well as being able to focus into the details when needed and you are a true team player who collaborates across teams, levels and locations.
Furthermore we think you have the following skills and experience:
• University degree in HR or related fields and minimum 5-6 years of HR experience
• Business understanding from an HR perspective and experience from working in all HR processes
• Experience from Talent and People Management processes
• Experience in a broad function from administration to advising to creating policies
• Able to develop highly effective working relationships across all levels
• High level of confidentiality, tact and diplomacy
• Experience of providing advice on disciplinary and grievance issues
• Accurate and precise in HR administration
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Great communication skills and knowledge in both English and Swedish
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Effective planning and organisational skills
• Flexibility and willingness to learn
In addition to this, you have the ability to face changes and adapt quickly. It is also important that you are able to work independently and take own initiatives.
