We are getting closer to the opening and are happy to announce that we are expanding our team. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. As our HRBP, you will play a vital and hands-on role in supporting our employees and fostering a positive and engaging work environment.

Together, we will create a vibrant meeting place, conveying the essence of the Volvo brand. Are you up for the challenge?


What we offer
As HRBP at World of Volvo you will serve as an advisor and HR-partner to manager and employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters. You will be deeply involved in developing and implementing HR processes and initiatives.

Using your experience and knowledge, you will proactively identify and address employees relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent practice in line with company policies and legal requirements.


Who you are
Are you passionate about working with people and thrive in the dynamic hospitality industry?Do you have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the aim to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels? Qualifications:
* Experience from similar roles
* Fluent in Swedish and English
* Relevant academic degree or equivalent experience
