About the position
Perido is looking for an HR Business Partner for our client, one of the leading companies in trading and exchange technology in the global market. You will be working from the office based in Stockholm.
Your daily tasks
As an HR Business Partner, your responsibilities are within the Human Resources Function as a Business Partner or in a combination of Disciplines. You will embed corporate HR strategy and provide professional HR guidance and support to relevant internal client groups. You are responsible for ensuring human capital strategy and high-value HR processes are implemented successfully at the business-unit level and are aligned to overall corporate strategy. Your responsibilities also include:
Design, implement, and monitor a variety of human resource programs
Anticipate and plan for long-term human resource needs and trends, including employee relations, training, employment, and benefits in partnership with business unit management
Lead planning discussions with internal customers to understand their strategies and challenges and identify opportunities to meet their needs
Build and maintain a network of colleagues, peers and other key stakeholders across the organization to accomplish objectives
Function as a trusted advisor to managers, teams and individual employees to help maintain an environment that supports the business objectives while being sensitive to employees and the quality of work life

Qualifications:
8-to-10-year experience from a similar role
Experience from working as a Business Partner at an international company
Good knowledge of relevant legislation
Good general system experience
Good or in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written English and Swedish



Contract type and hours
Full-time consulting assignment until 2024-11-30. Start 2023-12-01.
