HR Business Partner with focus on Comp & Ben to AB Lindex

Do you want to be part of a company which higher purpose is to empower and inspire women everywhere? We are looking for a HR Business Partner with responsibility for Compensation & Benefits to our head office located in Gothenburg.

Your role in our team. You are part our department Culture & Communication, a team with different roles within HR and communication, working together to strengthen the employer- and corporate brand and to drive transformation regarding how we do things at Lindex. As HR BP, you support and contribute to the achievement of Lindex business goals and you are an active partner to managers at our head office. You are part of management teams for 1-2 departments to make sure Lindex purpose, vision and culture at all times influence the organisation. In your role as HR BP you will also make sure to maintain and develop the area of Compensation & Benefits and our total reward strategy.

Here are some more examples of what’s included: with your specialist competence you develop and contribute to the employee experience journey, identify development areas, support and coach managers, work with change management and development and training within leadership. As an advisor to managers, you are the expert when it comes to leadership, employee development, labour law and agreements. When it comes to the Compensation & Benefits responsibility within the role, we want you to be our expert and go   to   person who has both the knowledge and drive to administrate, develop and set a sustainable structure going forward.

University degree within HR or equivalent
Previous work experience within HR including Comp & Ben, employment law, labour relations, union negotiations
Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious: work experience from a B2C company within retail
