ENERCON Energy Converter AB is part of the global wind power group ENERCON. We are the Swedish service company that, through our 19 service stations out in the country, works to ensure that our customers' 750 wind turbines in the Nordic region never stand still. We work with a Nordic perspective and have around 200 employees in the Nordic region, most of them in Sweden. We are now hiring a HR Business Partner with focus on Global Mobility, placed at our Nordic headquarter in Malmö.
The HR team of ENERCON is responsible for providing an efficient and effective customer focused HR service that supports all aspects of a colleague’s relationship and engagement within ENERCON including recruitment, terms and conditions of employment, training and development activities and ensuring compliance with labour legislation and company policies. We are a close and comitted HR -team with different competence profiles and separate areas of responsibilities – although we all work in close collaboration alinged to the business strategy and vision of being a highly valued, competetive and attractive Employer.
Role Description
In this role, you will work in close cooperation with the local HR-team, Managers and employees within the Nordic as well as the regional organisation of ENERCON. You will report directly to the HR Manager Nordics, based in Malmö.
The HRBP will be accountable for the delivery of all people related processes including labor law topics, global mobility, employee engagement, training of managers concerning HR-related issues and organisational design and change within specific areas. Moreover, the HRBP will work collaboratively with the HR team to identify improvements to systems and processes that will enhance the delivery of the HR service provided to the business. In this role, you will actively participate, contribute and lead HR-projects related to the HR processes, systems and programs.
Your main responsibilities will include;
HR Buisness Partner to Managers and employees within the Nordic organisation (focus: white collar).
Global mobility, posting and administration of work permits
Main responsible for HR Support to Finland
Recruitments and adviser in recruitments of new employees and Managers
Common labor law topics
Negotiations with unions within a wide range of topics and errands
Invovled in the onboardingprocess of new employees
Internal communication to managers and employees
Systematic work environment work (focus: white collar)
Who are we looking for?
To succeed and thrive in this role, we believe that you are truly confident and passionated within the HR-area. Preferably, you have at least 4–6 yers of relevant experience within similiar roles, characterized by a advisory and proactive mindset. Moreover, we believe you to possess the following requriements:
Educational background; The PA program or equivalent education within Human Resources, or equivalent experience
Good knowledge of Office programs and HR Systems, preferably SAP
Wide experience within the field of labor law, e.g., negotiations.
Proficiency in English
For this position, we regard it as essential to possess international experience, as well as a solid experience of working and interact with a wide range of stakeholders. Moreover, we will value your experience of global mobility since it´s an important and continuously process due to the international circumstances for all employees at ENERCON.
