We are looking for an excel wizard who is organized and driven HR to join our HR Team in Stockholm. This is the perfect role for you who wants to work and develop within payroll, compensation & benefits, and HR operations.
Your future role
As a HR Specialist at Blueair you will be working closely with the rest of the HR team and supporting them in various projects and tasks. In this role you will be our Compensation & Benefit/Pay-roll specialist and the superuser of our HRM system. Together with our Payroll Manager you will prepare and support with monthly salary and other payroll administration. Furthermore, you will communicate and operate as the link between Blueair and Unilever.
Salary benchmarks and create HR related reports – headcount consolidations and statistical material
Calculating salaries and prepare payments
Act as primary contact for On- & Offboarding
Administrative support to other HR activities



Who You Are
To thrive in the position as HR – Compensation and Benefits we believe you are detail oriented, an excel wizard, very analytical, a people person with passion and drive. Since you will be working with various tasks and responsibilities you are good at prioritizing and a problem-solver. You like to work in a high paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment and you need to have excellent communication skills to easily build relationships with your all our co-workers. You have a passion for people, statistics, processes and want to grow within the Compensation & Benefit role.
Must haves:
2-3 years previous experience within payroll administration
Knowledge and experience in Swedish taxes
Good understanding of salaries, benefits and pension
Excellent skills in MS Office
Fluent in English – spoken and written

Meritorious experience:
HRM system superuser experience is a plus
Change management experience
Experience from working in a global environment
