We are now looking for a consultant that has an interest in operational HR questions with weight in HR administration for one of our clients. You should have a strong service attitude to strengthen our dedicated and professional HR Operation team in Sweden. If you have proven experience from HR administration, have a self-starter attitude with strong work ethics you are the one we are looking for.
You will be working with HR administration which includes tasks such as, administrating employment contracts, updates in the HR system Workday, writing employment guides, reporting, archiving and cooperate closely with the outsourced payroll provider. In addition to this you will work in our HR ticket and chat system and handle requests from managers, employees and other HR colleagues.
This role demands good communication skills and a close cooperation with stakeholders on different levels in the organization. You will be part of the Swedish HR Operation team of 10 people and work closely with our Payroll Coordinator and other HR Generalists. Does this sound intriguing to you?
Your profile and background
To fit this role, you have at least 3 years’ experience from HR administration in a similar position. You have good knowledge in Swedish Labor Law and it’s qualifying if you have payroll experience or have been working closely with outsourced payroll provider. It´s also qualifying if you have knowledge in work environment questions. You are a “digital native” with experience in Excel and like working with HR systems. You also need to be able to work with details without losing the bigger picture. We consider it an advantage if you have experience from Workday.
We assume that you can independently prioritize tasks in a highly dynamic environment where you ensure the accurate and timely execution of incoming tasks. For this role, excellent command of both Swedish and English is required.

You also need to have a problem-solving attitude combined with networking skills and a willingness to take responsibility. You have a teamwork approach, a critical thinking and are able to demonstrate high integrity. Other things that we appreciate is having an open mind and being able to take initiatives.
