We are now looking for a HR Consultant to be a part of our HR team.
Based in our Gothenburg office you will be operating in a high-paced multinational environment and act as a frontline consultant to the business supporting managers in creating a positive employee experience and deliver innovative solutions. This role will be instrumental in the transformation in building a data-driven and digital approach to enable productive, engaged and high-performing workforces.


Main accountabilities include
Manage and participate in the recruitment process in an effective and timely manner to ensure the needs of the business are met, from searching candidates to contract signing
Manage onboarding, employee lifecycle and leaver administration
Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with Central HR, managers, employees and other relevant stakeholders of the business
Manage and coordinate all employment-related administration and communication, maintain the HR database and employee files
Remain up to date and compliant with relevant workplace legislation and other industrial instruments
Assist with HR enquiries and ensure resolution of workplace grievances
Ensure accurate recording and reporting of HR statistics/key performance indicators
Assist in the review of assigned processes/policies and contribute to the development and/or modification of complementary practical tools (guidelines, templates etc.)
Ensure timely preparation and distribution of documents i.e., employment contracts, termination documents, any other relevant employee letters and position descriptions
Actively participate in new project implementations



Qualifications and Experience
Have a Bachelor degree within Human Resources Management or related field
Previous experience of HR administration/Recruitment is required
Fluent both in spoken and written Swedish and English
An advantage to have experience in the use of HR system SuccessFactor
Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills
Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with both the internal and external stakeholders
A positive and flexible attitude
Ability to use initiative and to work independently in a busy environment
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information



Under the Airport Security Act we conduct background record checks on all employees.


Working Hours: Full time
Duration: Permanent (with 6 months' probation)
Start: as per agreement
