Assignment Description:
We are looking for a HR Consultant who is experienced in working as an HR Consultant in global organisations with high pace of change.

What you'll do:
● Execute on the inclusive hiring strategy in collaboration with stakeholders from within the Talent Acquisition Team.
● Continue the work in analysis & reporting on diversity metrics to track progress and identify areas of improvement.
● Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize areas of improvement in our recruitment process.
● Manage projects within Talent Acquisition with an inclusion and belonging objective from initiation to completion ensuring timelines & priorities are met.
● Facilitate training content and build on the content already created for hiring managers and recruiters to ensure the hiring process is inclusive.
● Partner with the Talent Attraction team to support our employer branding efforts to expand our candidate pool.

Who you are:
● Good knowledge about diversity, inclusion and belonging best practise, including knowledge of current laws, regulations, and industry trends.
● Have a proven experience in full cycle recruitment activities including but not limited to; sourcing, qualifying technical candidates, networking, assessing candidates and salary trends, and relationship management.
● Ability to maintain accurate and well-organized documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring interactions, and other administrative recruitment activities.
● Excited by a creative and dynamic work environment, with proven ability to prioritize concurrent responsibilities.
● Outstanding stakeholder and candidate management skills, to ensure a positive candidate experience and a streamlined approach to our hiring process.
