HR Coordinator

Qapital is looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team in Stockholm. This is a chance to work in a dynamic fintech environment, on a product that has already helped users save almost $3 billion towards their financial goals!



About the Role

In this role, you will be working closely with our Director, People in a broad range of HR-related responsibilities. If you have graduated quite recently or worked for a few years within HR or Talent Acquisition, this is a great opportunity to learn more! You’ll be exposed to all things related to the employee life cycle and be the go-to person for questions related to employee data. A smaller part of this role will also include office responsibilities and employee experience such as coordinating AWs and events. You will be required to come to the office in Gamla Stan 2-3 days a week depending on what's needed.



In this role, you will

- Prepare employee contracts for new hires

- Coordinate onboarding of new hires and offboarding as needed

- Liaise with our vendor for company events and coordinate around budget

- Be responsible for most things related to office management

- Work with relevant stakeholders to keep employee records up to date

- Support the Director, People in keeping policies up to date and accessible for employees





Skills and Requirements

We are looking for someone who thrives in a startup environment and is open to learning new skills and continuously improving things.



Furthermore, you

- Have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent

- Bring relevant experience from a similar role

- Are fluent in English (Swedish is a big plus)

- Work in a highly structured and efficient way

- Have great communication and interpersonal skills

- Wants to grow within HR

- Have the ability to automate administrative tasks and find more efficient ways of doing things

- Are flexible and bring a humble mindset





It’s a big plus if you



- Have worked with HR administration or office management before, improving processes within this area.

- Bring experience from a startup environment
