Avalanche Studios Group is expanding and we are now looking for a new HR Coordinator to join our people team.You will be a part of a growth journey and we are looking for you who want to be a part of a creative environment, where you get the opportunity to contribute within our Compensation & benefits team. What you’ll do
You will be a part of the Global People team. The People team works closely with the whole organization, and your role will be an integrated part of our agile mindset to work for continuous improvement. You will have close collaboration with employees and stakeholders within the company, such as regular connections with finance-, IT-, Legal departments etc.
Work Tasks will include:
- Compensation & Benefits
- Administrating och overseeing the payroll process
- Timereporting & Expenses
- HR Support
- Salary review
- Performance Management Process
- Process development within your areas of responsibility
- A variation of HR administration
Who you are
We are now on a mission to find a true team player with genuine passion for people, who’s up for learning new things and growing within their role. You are curious and eager to learn about who we are and what we do; our values, culture and amazing open-world games. You are meticulous and independent and used to deliver on deadline. We believe you have a HR degree, payroll administrator experience or similar. We work in the Google environment and find it meritorious with Excel and Google Sheets skills. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, and any knowledge or experience of payroll processes is a plus.
