About the job:
This is a full-time consulting assignment that lasts for 12 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at the company.

Tasks and responsibilities:
As an HR coordinator you will work in a supporting role assisting the employees at all levels with various HR questions and HR matters. Part of your responsibility is to process incoming questions and concerns in the HR inbox and guide employees regarding internal matters concerning sick leave, dismissals, and parental leave. Furthermore, you are responsible for the onboarding of new colleagues and ensure that set procedures are followed, the same applies to offboarding. In addition, you work in close collaboration with payroll and HR business partners where you are expected to be helpful in matters relating to operations and various projects. In addition to this, you have recurring contact with external stakeholders such as DKV and Försäkringskassan. The majority of your administrative work will be done in the HR platform.
In the role, you are offered a thorough onboarding of 2 weeks. In addition to this, you are offered a hybrid role with a wide range of responsibility and great development opportunities. You will also be part of a team characterized by creativity and collaboration.
Concrete tasks.
• Responsible for the HR inbox
• Responsible for the on- and off-boarding process
• Daily contact with internal and external actors
• Ensure that the intranet and other channels are updated with correct information
Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:
• A Bachelor’s degree in HR, alternatively equivalent work experience
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Good knowledge of Office 365 and Excel
• Experience of working with work environment issues is a plus
