We are looking for a HR Coordinator for theSenior Material Europe (AB)in Eskilstuna.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a HR Coordinator at Senior Material,you'll maintain a high level of service towards employees and co-works. Maintaining a functional and professional onboarding for new employees. Ensure a functional and high-class training function.
In summary, you will play an important role in the HR & Administration department!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for setting up a structure for introduction and training for our employees with a common framework
Responsible for creating training, instruction material and manuals (content comes from information owners) and other tools/support that is needed to secure efficient and high-quality learning
Responsible for evaluating training needs and bringing forward training plans
Responsible to lead/participate in different projects/initiatives and contribute with expertise within area.
Responsible to be a great team member and work closely within and outside of our team to develop yourself and business.
Responsible for on-boarding process.
Job competence requirements
Experience from working with training.
Relevant work experience within HR, or an education with a specialization in Personnel / HR.
If you have a background in other HR-related areas, such as recruitment, salary, administration and/or coordination/coordinator, this will be considered positively.
Good communication skills, in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing
Works independently and takes responsibility for the work. Able to manage several different tasks at the same time and deliver high quality.
A team player in order to succeed together with the team in delivering the best support to the organization
To be successful, you need to be good at prioritizing and organizing as well as being flexible when needed.
Ability to speak, read and write Chinese
