Our Global PPC Team is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Coordinator to perform a variety of Office, PA, HR and Recruitment related administrative tasks related (but not limited) to our office in Sweden
The Global PPC Coordinator position requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. The ideal candidate has a strong and motivating character, that can work well under pressure, has the ability multitask and use their initiative to get the job done. Role and Responsibilities:
Office duties:
Provide PA, administrative and operational support in the office in Sweden
Manage and coordinate logistics and facilities for various meetings, functions or events
Manage and maintain all filing (hard copy and electronic files and records)
Maintain office supply inventory and other additional supplies as needed
Ensure the efficient operation of office equipment by arranging for routine and necessary maintenance
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation



Global PPC team duties:
Assist the Global PPC team with various PPC related functions as required such as:
Recruitment and Talent Management
Onboarding for new staff
Welcome packs
Staff Wellbeing
Exit Interviews
Various Reporting for Global PPC team
Assist with Managing and Updating PPC systems such as HiBOB and Workable
Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars
Assist with screening and interviews



Requirements
Previous Administration or PA experience
Previous Recruitment and Sourcing experience
Excellent communication skills in both English and local language
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong MS office skills specifically Excel (intermediate or higher)
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Teamwork skills
