Stena Line is looking for a HR Coordinator Ship Management (temporarily)

Stena Line’s HR-department in Gothenburg consists of HR BP, specialists, service partners and coordinators. One of our coordinators is going on maternity leave and we are now looking for someone to fill this temporary position.

Key Responsibilities
As HR Coordinator your main focus is to provide our ships with competent and qualified operational personnel and act as a support function to the HR-Managers to enable the organization to run effectively. In addition to this, your main tasks as HR Coordinator will be:
• Manage recruitment of operational personnel and junior officers in cooperation with HR Business Partner.
• Ensure that new employees have the right certifications and documents in accordance to our SMS.
• Provide our onboard managers with day-to-day support in manning matters.
• Participate in introductions of new employees
• Administration and planning of internships 
• Varying administrative tasks within the department.

Qualifications and Personal Profile
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor degree or equivalent within HR. You have a couple of years’ experience from working with recruitment and administration. Experience from working with the recruitment system Reach Mee is a merit.
It is important that you are a non-prestigious and flexible person and that you are willing to take on different tasks. You are fast paced but at the same time detail oriented and structured. You enjoy contact with other people as well as communication and you easily create positive relationships with others.

The position and location
This is a temporary position during the period June 2016– March 2017 due to maternity leave. You will report to HR Manager Ship Management. Your base will be in Gothenburg.
