At Epidemic Sound we are reinventing the music industry. Our carefully curated catalog, with over 35,000 tracks, is tailored for storytellers, streaming services, and in-store soundtracks. Countless clients around the world, from broadcasters, production companies, DSPs, and YouTubers rely on our tracks to help them tell their stories. Epidemic Sound’s music is heard in hundreds of millions of online videos daily, across millions of playlist streams, and in thousands of in-store locations. Headquartered in Stockholm, we’re spread across offices in New York City, Los Angeles, Seoul, Hamburg, and Amsterdam. We’re growing fast, have lots of fun, and are taking the music industry with us.
We are now looking for a part-time HR Coordinator to join our amazing People & Culture team.
We believe that you are studying Human Resources or related orientation and have at least one year of studies left. We want you to have the possibility to work a minimum of eight hours per week.
How you will make an impact:
As an HR Coordinator at Epidemic Sound, you assist with various internal and external HR related inquiries and requests. Your tasks will vary from day to day, and your main mission is to support different teams within our People & Culture department. On a daily basis, you handle employee administration such as insurance, work permits, pension and leaves of absence. Furthermore, you create employment agreements and certificates, update employee data in HRIS and other systems to ensure our people's data is always up to date. Also, you provide additional support to the People Operations and People Experience teams in areas such as benefits, leaves of absence, and compensation.
Who you are?
This is the perfect role for you who truly enjoy administrative work and supporting others. To thrive and to be successful as HR Coordinator, we believe you have excellent administrative skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. You have fantastic organizational skills and great attention to detail. Also, we believe you have/are:
- Studying HR or similar and have at least one year of studies left
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge within labor law is a merit
- Previous experience working with administrative tasks is a merit
