Ryska Posten Bemanning is looking for, on behalf of a client, a HR assistant and coordinator who wants to be a part of their success. The service is full-time with start as soon as possible. About the service


For a client, we are now looking for a HR Assistant and Coordinator. The client is a global leading software company the media industry with office in the center of Stockholm. The company is growing rapidly and is in need of a coordinator to assist with HR related tasks. This is an assignment with start as soon as possible and continues to March 2019, with the possibility for extension.


Your responsibilities as a HR coordinator is to support the HR team with:


- Give feedback to candidates in recruitment processes
- Screen resumes
- Schedule interviews
- Contacting references
- Post job openings
- Assisting in other HR related issues

This recruitment process is handled by Ryska Posten Bemanning and all calls and mail about the service goes to us. You will be employed by Ryska Posten Bemanning and work as a consultant towards the client.

We are looking for you who


- Preferably has a bachelor’s degree in relevant area
- Has 1-3 years previous experience with administrative support, HR or technical customer service
- Fluent in English both in writing and speaking, Swedish is preferable
- Define yourself as a problem solver and be comfortable with being part of creating new processes
- Good computer skills, most of all in Microsoft Office and Outlook

It is really important that you have strong communication skills, with confident, engaging and personable manners. You also need to be able to effectively manage your own time and work independently on your tasks. As a person we see that you are flexible, proactive and have an enthusiastic approach.
