About the position

We are looking for a new colleague who is passionate about Learning & Development as an addition to our central People & Culture team. The People & Culture team supports our Group companies in a broad variety of HR initiatives within Talent Management, Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion etc.

In this role you will be responsible for our internal Business School including training programs developed by us centrally as well as trainings held by external partners. You will also run and develop our Talent Acceleration Program and Trainee program. This includes coordination, administration and developing the content and structure of our learning initiatives and programs with an aim to create a learning organization.

Main responsibilities

- Develop structures and processes within L&D to create a best-in-class Business School to meet the development needs short- and long term

- Create and evaluate an annual Learning & Development plan with identified development needs and priority areas in line with the overall strategy

- Collaborate with our training partners to develop our offering and evaluate new suppliers and partners

- Responsible for internal communication regarding L&D and keeping all information channels regarding L&D up to date

- Coordinate and handle administration connected to our Business School offerings

- Keep up to date with trends in learning and best practice

- Coordinate and develop and own our global Talent Acceleration Program (TAP) and our Trainee Program

- General HR tasks such as work environment processes, HR KPI reporting, employment agreements and other HR administrative tasks

- The position is reporting to the Head of People & Culture

We believe you have

- University level HR education or equivalent

- Earlier experience working in HR, preferably within Learning & Development

- Strong communications skills in English & Swedish (both written and verbal)

- Knowledge of labor law in of Sweden

- An innovative, proactive & solutions-driven attitude

- Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines

- Good social skills - communicative with the ability to build relationships at all levels and with many contact points

- Enjoys taking personal responsibility and acts service-oriented and without prestige

- A structured way of working, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize between tasks

- Courage to find new solutions and ways of working
