About the role
You become part of our whole and contribute to both administering and developing our high-tech mining and mineral group. This requires you to work systematically, and be solution-oriented, communicative and service-oriented. You are inquisitive about new technology and have a passion for learning. We believe in you and your capabilities, and entrust you with the freedom to further develop both our operations and your personal skills.
Your working day as a HR Coordinator/Junior Recruiter:
• Management & administration of the flow of data; from Review to Resignation
• Assist with all recruiting-related duties
• Interpretation and application of labor law, collective agreements and supplements
• Contacts with candidates, employees and managers
• Improvement work and cross-functional collaboration within the HR Shared Services and staff function
Your qualifications
This is the position for you who want to work and develop in recruitment and personnel administration. You have a great interest in interacting with people, while your integrity is high.
It is good if you have worked with similar tasks before, but it is not a requirement.
We belive that you are either a recent graduate in Human Resource at the University or that you have an Upper-secondary education in prefarably economy, administration or similar.
• Good knowledge in the Swedish language, both verbal and written.
• A category B driving licence is a requirement.
