Intro

Scania has high ambition to drive the shift towards sustainable transport solutions. As one of the largest employer in Sweden this sets high demands on our HR-systems, which is the core for all HR-processes that supports all our employees.

We are now looking for a driven, curios and engaged Product owner who wants to drive and prioritise the development of our HR-system. 

This position is based in the group HR System Specialists, where you together with two Expert users are responsible for Scanias HR-applications. The HR System Specialists group is a part of the section People Business Service and Support, which is about 60 collegues supporting all of Scanias amployees within the areas HR, salary and travelling.

As a Data Management specialist you will be responsible for creating a master data management strategy for all of our HR data, that incudes a governance process to see that we fulfill as an example GDPR. This means working cross-functionally within Scania, often together with IT or other leading expert competencies, to ensure that we build and plan for the future.

Your tasks  


• Create, amend and managing Master Data
• Collaborate with Master Data teams from Scanias all locations
• Review and respond to enquiries related to Master Data, taking a decision or escalating issues, concerns or risks as appropriate
• Support and co-operate with Business Data Users and other stakeholders on request
• Report system incidents and drive system improvements, represent operations in system change activities.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives related to relevant master data

Your profile  


• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in HR, Information Technology, Business, Data Analytics or related field 
• Experience with data management and report writing tools 
• Intermediate Excel knowledge including using pivot tables and vlookups 
• Excellent problem solving, process improvement and analytical skills 
• Experience in SAP is preferred
