Your Responsibility
TMHE Strategic HR work to strengthen the company's competitiveness in the long term. We do this through an overall responsibility for competence development, leadership development and sustainability. We are now recruiting for a position that primarily works with developing our HR system, managing our LMS system and developing documentation regarding our future competence needs.

As HR Developer you will report to our Director for Strategic HR and your main responsibilities will be:

* Provide support when introducing new functions / modules in our HR System and develop and describe work processes for users.
*
* Work with support regarding our LMS system and ensure the function from the business's perspective.
* Generate analyses of current and future competence needs.
* Drive planning and follow-up of our leadership programs.

Your Profile
We are looking for you who have relevant academic education and / or equivalent experience. As a person you are attentive, curious, have a positive attitude and are comfortable in taking on leading roles. You speak and write English fluently and have good teaching skills. For this position we will place emphasis on your personality and to be successful in this role we believe you have:

* Broad and up-to date knowledge and experience of mapping and illustrating processes and of working in LMS systems
* Analytical ability, knowledge and interest in creating data as a base for decision-making
* Good leadership skills with an ability to engage on several levels within the company, especially in collaboration within networks and with colleagues from other departments within the company
* Good ability to quickly create business- & industry understanding as well as a holistic view of how the company is organized, operates and responds to market and customer needs
* Ability and social skills to build trust and establish contacts with people regardless of background or hierarchy, as well as to adapt to a diverse and international environment
* Good ability to work in a high-paced context, with a diverse agenda
* Creative, structured, persistent and easy-going
