We are looking for a passionate and committed, as well as experienced Digital HR Manager within the Group HR team at Lindab.
Lindab is a leading ventilation company in Europe, with development, manufacturing and distribution of products and systems for energy-efficient ventilation and healthy indoor climate. As Digital HR Manager you will have the responsibility for leading the digital HR transformation across all of Lindab Groups subsidiaries in Sweden and abroad, working closely with Group HR aswell distributed HR-team across the entire group.
You will be spearheading the evaluation and implementation of a group-wide HCM-system, evaluating business needs, leading and developing people and working methods but also securing compliance and aligning with Group goals. This is a long-term project that requires a skilled business mindset as well as an experienced change leader.
In this role, you will bring experience, knowledge and vision to transform the HR Digital landscape, aligning all HR-processes under a common HCM-system.
As Digital HR Manager, you have a broad knowledge within the HR-area and the processes involved. In addition to this you feel comfortable in translating business needs into a digital HR-strategy and defining a clear roadmap. You have excellent communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with valuable stakeholders within the organisation to drive change.

Main responsibilities
Sourcing: Responsible for scoping the need within the organisation and sourcing a suitable HCM-system. Understanding and translating business needs into system functionality and anchoring this to HR-strategy.
Implementation: Managing the project of implementing a group wide HCM-system, working closely with process groups, manager and employee reference groups to ensure good user experience and anchoring. Actively interact with relevant stakeholders within different parts of the organisation to ensure cross-functional alignment and securing the best employee and manager experience.
Roadmap and strategy: Establish and develop a well anchored digital HR-strategy as well as roadmap, continuously developing HCM-system, tools and services.
Compliance: Leverage our system-support for HR-processes to comply with GDPR and other industry-specific regulatory requirements.
Previous experience and competence
10+ years of experience within HR whereof at least 3 years in HRIT/Digital HR area. If you have experience as a manager this is beneficial.
Excellent project management skills, preferable in implementing system support and tools within the HR area.
Excellent change management skills, aligning business needs with strategy and roadmap.
Excellent knowledge in Swedish and English.
