HR Direct Advisor - Temporary Position for 12 Months-LUN0001C9
Description
The HR Service Centre in Sweden delivers Core HR services to all managers and employees in Tetra Pak companies in Sweden.
As HR Direct Advisor you will be part of a highly skilled and professional team that strongly contributes to the overall successful delivery of HR services to internal clients.
HR Direct is the first point of contact for managers and employees for advice, guidance and resolutions regarding HR matters.
Main responsibilities
-Provide professional guidance and support to managers and employees in a broad range of HR-related matters. This by taking ownership of incoming questions or requests (phone calls, e-mails or visits) and securing resolution and feedback to clients
-Increase employees´ and manager´s knowledge and awareness of
responsibilities in HR matters, through guidance on how to use and where to find information on the HR self-service portal as well as different HR tools and systems
-Drive the Summer Workers Process to Tetra Pak entities in Sweden, including
hiring and administration of new employees as well as coordination of
activities across different service functions in order to deliver high level end to end service
-Support and give advice to HR colleagues regarding internal HR communication matters
-Taking an active part in or driving continuous improvement activities or
projects. This in order to constantly develop our delivered services, increase efficiency or decrease costs
Qualifications
To be successful in this challenging and diverse role you need to be a true team-player, driven by delivering a high level of service. You are thorough, possess a high level of integrity and constantly aim for improvements. Your communication skills are excellent and you appreciate a high level of interaction and exposure in your day to day situation.
The preferred educational background is a University degree in HR or similar and you possess relevant previous professional experience as an HR generalist. Previous experience from businesses providing high-end services and/or marketing/communications is considered as highly beneficial.
You have good knowledge of legal requirements, policies and collective agreements. An international environment such as ours is familiar to you and you are used to provide support fluently in both written and spoken Swedish and English. Finally we expect a high level of maturity in using HR systems and tools such as SAP or similar.
