Objectives
Talent Management is a key priority in realizing the Husqvarna Group strategy.As a new independent Group, we will during the coming years continue to develop our Talent management processes to support our strategy and to bring competitive advantage to the Group.
We will improve the balance between internal supply and demand for managerial talent to ensure that we can always have the right person in the right position based on business needs and employee development needs.
Key operational responsibilities
You will join the Group HR team and take the responsibility for Husqvarna's Talent Management processes which are:
- Talent Review process
- Performance Appraisal process
- Team Review process
- Leadership development
- Competence development
Your role as process owner includes full responsibility for development and improvement as well as making sure that each sub-process is running efficiently.
The development and implementation of processes and tools are made in close co-operation with the HR teams within the Business Sectors.In addition to the responsibility for the Talent Management processes you will also take the operational HR responsibility for Group Staff members in Stockholm.
You will work actively with senior managers in their development as well as in their career progression and encourage movement of managers between sectors and business units.

- You have strong communication skills, both orally and written
- You have experience from working in an international environment
You need to have at least five to ten years experience of working professionally after your University studies.
