Securitas Sverige AB is now recruiting an HR Director who wants to work in a company driven by Securitas' values; Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness – and who sees the opportunity to lead a large HR-organization through transformation and improvements as a very interesting possibility.
Key Responsibilities:
The overall responsibility for leading and developing the HR-organization at Securitas Sverige – an organization consisting of approx. 40 driven, competent, and motivated experts within all HR-related areas – six of these are direct reports.
Focus on organizational development, securing the transition towards a more progressive and dynamic leadership, as well as management and development of all HR processes.
Develop a business-oriented HR team who are close to the organization and its operations – an HR organisation that supports the company’s business plan and contributes to continued success of Securitas Sverige.
Sustaining a constructive and committed dialogue with the trade unions is also an important aspect of the role.
Work closely with stakeholders such as leaders and other HR colleagues both in Sweden and globally – playing an active part in the transformation projects at national and European level.
The HR Director Sweden reports to CEO of Securitas Sverige AB and is expected to play an important part of his management team.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years’ experience from leading HR-organizations and being part of the management team.
A university degree within economics or HR is required.
Having managed HR in organizations that employs large number of frontline employees, is an experience that will be highly beneficial in the role, as well as experience from working in an international context.
Experience from executing and driving organizational change processes.
Combining strategic ability with an operative mindset – as well as possessing a high level of business understanding.
Personal characteristics:
Excellent communication skills – someone who is able to communicate the HR-initiatives in a way that engages the organization and its leaders.
A responsive approach.
A high level of drive, positive energy and a desire to take on new challenges in an environment that is experiencing growth and change.

Travel: Required from time to time
Language: Swedish (fluent spoken and written) English (good working proficiency)
