HR Director to Antaros Medical

We currently have around 100 employees working at our offices in Sweden (Mölndal and Uppsala) and we are continuously growing and developing.

We are now looking for an experienced HR Director to run the HR department during our current HR Directors’ maternity leave, from January 2022 - January 2023.

As HR Director at Antaros Medical, you will be overall responsible for our small but wonderful HR team, and for all our operational and strategic projects within the HR area, as well as supporting our managers in their daily work.

The position is based in Mölndal and you will be reporting to the CEO.

Main responsibilities:

- Support the HR Team with their day-to-day task within the HR area, and lead towards our HR goals
- Be overall responsible for, and run our yearly ongoing HR processes such as salary review, training sessions with managers and employees within work environment, stress, leadership, etc.
- Coach and support our managers in their daily work
- Run leadership initiatives
- Run our ongoing work within Workplace Culture
- Run strategic HR projects such as Career progression, Career paths, Learning and Development, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Employer Branding, etc.
- Run some of our recruitment processes


Who you are?

We are looking for a true leader with strong communication skills that creates clarity and an open and trusting environment.

We further believe that you are an experienced HR professional, who loves driving the HR agenda in our dynamic and fast-growing environment. You demonstrate a growth mindset and are a driven, confident, and positive person who loves challenges, problem-solving, driving projects forward, and leading others. We further believe that you can drive change and are able to enthusiast others and build strong relationships with both employees and managers.

You have a university degree in Human Resources and at least 5 years of experience from HR, preferably in complex and international business environments. We believe that you have previous management experience, as well as experience from having worked with and been responsible for the above-mentioned responsibilities within the role. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both oral and written.
