HR Director to Lumenradio

LumenRadio is a high-tech company experiencing massive growth. We have been leading the wireless transformation within the lighting industry and are now also enabling connectivity for the Internet of Things (IoT) and M2M. Our patented technologies provide unprecedented reliability for the most business critical applications and our products are being used in everything from big Hollywood movie productions to heavy industry installations.

Personal

We are looking for a strategic and creative HR Director to help us drive this work. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a high work ethic, excellent communication skills, knowledge of labor regulations and HR practices, strategic thinking abilities, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. The exceptional HR director should improve HR processes, implement strategies that support business growth, improve morale and employee retention, enhance safety and wellness, manage job satisfaction, attract the best recruits, and promote the organization's values.

You will be part of the management team and have a key role in building a high performing company with a culture of accountability and trust whilst contributing to Wireless Without Worries.

Qualifications

You are a star within your field with a big heart for other people and a drive for business. Highly ambitious and driven with clear ownership and execution skills whilst also being a people person and a team player. You communicate transparently and build trust by being curious, asking questions and listening actively. You feel comfortable with uncertainty and change and are energized in fast speed and change.

• 7 years HR experience from HR Manager or similar
• Proven record from labour law and union negotiations
• Experience of building employer branding international
• Experience from managerial roles
• Proven track record from developing and driving a modern HR strategy that is business oriented, modern and forward leaning
• Experience from building and scaling a fast-growing organization
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Swedish and English
• Knowledge in HR software and sourcing tools

A plus if you have;

• Experience from building a tech organization.
• Experience from working in/developing a company with business operations in multiple countries. Knowledge of setting up new markets
• Knowledge within business administration
