We are looking for a hands-on and engaged HR Director. The right candidate will work closely with the Business unit Orkla Wound Care, factory in Falun and our Swedish Care organization. This is a great job for someone who like a good mix of strategic and operational HR work.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Responsible for developing a business and performance-oriented culture and organization
• Responsible for implementation of One Orkla harmonized HR processes in Orkla Care AB, Care Spain, and Norgesplaster.
• Handle union relations for Orkla Care AB and secure compliance to Swedish labour law in all people processes
• Lead a professional HR team in Solna and support the HRBP in Barcelona, Spain
• Responsible for office management in Solna (Internservice – today a 3P solution)
• Responsible for Arbetsmiljökommité, and other EHS work for official bodies
• Secure GDPR compliance in Orkla Care AB
• Train local managers and employees in the global people processes
• Ensure that the company has compensation models in line with market and that are harmonized across Orkla Care and compliant to Orkla Group comp & ben policy
• Contributing to HR project initiated by Group/Care Business Area
• Orkla Care representative in the HR Network for all Orkla companies in Sweden
Experience and qualifications:
• Preferably a master´s degree within HR, Law, Administration and/or Economics
• 5 years working experience from a senior HR role in an international matrix organisation
• Track record from being a preferred, and service minded, HR Business Partner, sitting on multiple management teams
• Experience from working with Swedish labour law and Union relations/negotiations
• Experience from rolling out, training on, and implementing global HR initiatives in a country
• Preferably experience from HR responsibility over supply chain organizations and operational sites/factories
• Solid experience from core HR processes such as comp. & ben, union negotiations, recruitment, downsizing, restructures as well as running training sessions and workshops
• Successful track record from leading, engaging, and developing an own HR team

• Comfortable with working independently
• Ability to quickly establish good relationships with key stakeholders
• Ability to drive and develop the HR agenda independently
• Not afraid to get one´s hands dirty and work operationally as well as strategically with HR
• Willing to stand up for what is right, also in an uncomfortable situation
• Credible, trustworthy and with high integrity
• Willingness to travel
Interrelations
The role of HR Director Care AB reports in adminstrativly to SVP HR in Business Area Care, and functionally to CEO Orkla Wound Care. Further on the role collaborates closely with CEO Care Sweden and Operations Director Falun. The role is a member of the Orkla Wound Care Business Unit Management team and a member of the Orkla Care HR mgt. team.
