HR Factory Representative - Sunne, Skoghall and Fjällbacka-LUN00017M
Description
Would you like to drive excellence in the delivery of HR services to Tetra Pak factories in Sweden?
We are looking for a HR Factory Representative with strong Business and Manufacturing understanding to join our HR Team.
In this position you will be responsible for managing local HR Factory related questions including recruitments, local benefits and external relations. You will belong to the HR Country Services Team for Nordics and work in close collaboration with HR Service Center Sweden. Strong collaboration skills are of high importance in this role.
The position supports Supply Chain Operations in Sunne, Skoghall and Fjällbacka and is based in Sunne.
Main responsibilities
-Delivering labour law expertise
-Recruiting Blue collar employees
-Driving labour relations strategy and managing relations with unions
-Providing support in local reward issues and guaranteeing the quality and application of local benefits
-Ensuring compliance with the relevant legislation related to Occupation Health and Safety
-Support the training needs based on Individual development plans and the training plan for the factory. Participate in the WCM Training and Education pillar
-Driving Employee Engagement plan for the factory in connection with the HR Business Partner for Supply Chain Operations
-Being an active member of the Factory Management team and participating in factory operations decisions
-Managing other ad' hoc HR related tasks
-Drive continuous improvements together with your colleagues
Qualifications
The successful candidate is an HR professional with a couple of years experience in a similar role. You possess strong knowledge in Swedish labour law and have previous experience in the reward area as well as in managing relations with unions, government, and immigration authorities. You also have the interest in further specialising in these areas.
You have a track record of driving change and have successfully built relationships with internal clients, colleagues, authorities and external partners. You possess a high level of integrity and autonomy, used to taking the lead, prioritising and planning. Your communication skills are strong and you are comfortable working across functions, geographies and levels. Experience from recruiting and training activities in factory environment is seen as a merit. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
