We are looking for an excellent HR generalist
Web Manuals is looking for an HR generalist who can support the organization in all people related matters. The role is based at our amazingly fresh headquarters located by the waterfront in central Malmö. You will be focusing on giving our amazing team the most fantastic service and support ever!
Responsibilities in the role
The objective of the HR generalist role is to provide high-quality support to the organization regarding staffing, onboarding, training, work environment, benefits and compensation. The role is a vital component in the company's aim to maintain strong employee satisfaction.
Your main responsibility will be recruitment and onboarding of new team members on a global level. You will provide administrative support to the organization, maintaining and keeping necessary records, stay up to date on current labor laws, handling work permits. Your role also includes driving the recurring HR activities during the year such as salary process, year-end review and goal setting, development planning, work environment processes.
This is the perfect role for you who knows your recruitment process but want to expand your HR experience into other areas. You will report to our CEO.

· You have an open mind and non-prestigious attitude to changes, diverse cultures and a natural incline to get involved, take responsibility and act with integrity.
A successful candidate should have the following qualifications
· A university degree in HR, behavioral science or similar
· Proficiency in English
· At least 2 years of experience with recruitment
The position is based in Malmö and is a full-time position which we would like to see starting as soon as possible.
