About the job:

This is a full-time consulting assignment that lasts for ten months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

The solar cells are suitable for making energy-efficient units self-sufficient, such as indoor sensors, displays, and wearables. Their technologu is the first direct plasmonic solar cell that converts light into electricity using plasmonic nanoparticles.

Tasks and responsibilities:

As an HR generalist, you work continuously with tasks in the HR area, with an emphasis on HR administration, recruitment and with great focus on the work environment area. Furthermore, you develop policies and support your colleagues with HR related issues such as salary, holidays, concluded agreements and, on-boarding. You are also responsible for the company's internal recruitment where you run the processes from start to finish. As an HR generalist, it is important that you help when you can to support your colleagues at work, it is important that you enable a good work environment for your colleagues and help the company's employees to thrive. A large part of the communication takes place in English both locally and abroad, so it is extremely important that you speak English fluently.

Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:

• University degree in HR
• Minimum two years relevant work experience in HR (incl. recruitment, compensation/benefits)
• Excellent language skills, both verbal and writing in Swedish and English
• Previous experience in Startup is an advantageText om personliga egenskaper
