Senior HR Generalist

Job description:
Do you have an interest in people processes, the drive and the commitment to move our internal customer's performance forward? We are now looking for a senior HR generalist in our Human Resources department to further strengthen HR presence in Sundsvall.
In this position you will assist the HR Manager in the P&E business line and EMEA organisation in Sundsvall. You will provide professional HR service in practical personnel related matters.
Main areas of responsibility :
- Support Valmet managers and staff members in people processes such as recruitment, onboarding, C&B, performance and development review etc.
- Support the application of country specific legislation and general agreements.
- Providing accurate HR related reporting as needed.
- Participate in the administration of HR internal instructions.
- Assists in organizational training and development efforts as needed.
Requirements:
- B.Sc or M.Sc degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related field or alternatively equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of three (3) years of work experience within the Human Resources field with a strong knowledge of basic HR processes, tools and instructions.
- Excellent customer service orientation with solid communication and co-operations skills along with the ability to work proactively, systematically and independently.
- Open minded team-player
- Ability to work under pressure
- Effective communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and in writing.
- An ability to generate HR related reports and conduct basic analyses. Attention to detail.
