We are happy to announce an exciting opportunity within our Logistic organization in Eskilstuna. The Distribution Centre with 500 employees delivers to all H&M stores in Sweden, Norway and Iceland. In the future we will supply all H&M stores in Finland as well.

As a HR Generalist you implement and support on all areas of the employee lifecycle and all DC HR related matters. In this role you will act as business partner and support DC leaders mainly within the area of Employee Relations.
Your main responsibilities
Ensure all people-related matters are carried out according to local labor law/regulations, local agreements, work environment, compensation & benefits, & H&M Group standards
Assist managers with employee concerns/grievances to support and resolve to prevent formal escalation
Participate and support local union negotiations, including running reports, gathering information in preparation for negotiations, whilst maintaining and developing relations with unions
Support managers with grievance process as a neutral unbiased partner giving recommendation on level of discipline or corrective action
Support any HR related project, run values, culture and I&D activities promoting an I&D culture
Actively participate/support in local change initiatives and global program roll outs that involve employee relations matters

Your skills and experience

Solid understanding of local labor law and regulations
Strong skills in communication, coordination, conflict resolution, disciplinary concepts and workplace investigations
Solid knowledge in HR core activities (e.g., training, onboarding, recruitment) as well as
Bachelor’s degree in HR preferred, or relevant experience in related field.
Ability to be neutral and confidential and deal with sensitive information.
Understanding of salary bandings, employee contracts, compensation and benefits for employees
Holistic view for the bigger perspective with a visionary approach
Ability to encourage collaboration, co-creation and people development by empowering others
Agile mindset, positive attitude to change & meaningful growth
Inclusive and empathetic towards others, encouraging diversity
Self-awareness, understanding your impact on others and contribution to the whole group
Great communication skills in both Swedish and English

This is a full-time position starting with a probationary period of 6 months. Collective agreement with Unionen. The location is based in Eskilstuna and part of the Logistic Region North Europe. As a HR generalist, you report directly to the DC HR Manager. Start date during Autumn 2022 or by agreement.
