HR Generalist

We are currently seeking a HR generalist, a new position within our HR/Office team.

As an HR Generalist, you work operationally with daily human resource tasks such as recruitment, employment law, health and safety and skills development. You are actively working with our managers and support them in HR related questions. You are also responsible for administering processes involving recruitment and work environment. Additionally, other management tasks related to our support for the office are included as a part of the HR/Office Team.

We are in an expansionary phase and intend to roll out new work processes globally, which is why this role is a great opportunity to influence work practices and procedures. In the workplace, there are about 70 employees, divided into 10 teams, of which you, together with two colleagues make up the HR/Office team. You will report to our HR & Office Manager.

We think you have a university education in Human Resources, Management or similar discipline, and are in the beginning of your career. We prefer if you have about 2-3 years of experience working in an HR corporate environment and enjoy working in a consultative and supportive role. You have a good understand of labor legislation and capable of implementing well-structured work procedures. Furthermore, you have very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written. Payroll knowledge is a plus.

Important qualities for this position are sensibility, an analytical approach and the ability to see the big picture. You are an ambitious "doer" who likes to see results. Furthermore, you have strong administrative skills and enjoy working in a service oriented role. We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy individual with high degrees of integrity and modesty.
