Your role
As an HR Generalist, you'll be at the heart of our HR Operations, working alongside a passionate group dedicated to optimizing HR processes and ensuring a supportive workplace environment for all. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of HR tasks, including talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.
As an integral part of our team, you will handle essential HR tasks such as ensuring compliance with labor laws, addressing benefits inquiries, and offering guidance on HR policies and processes to both leaders and employees. Collaborating closely with our People Business Partners, who lead divisional HR initiatives, you will actively contribute to advancing our HR objectives and support leaders across all divisions. Additionally, you'll have opportunities to participate in cross-team HR initiatives, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization.

Who are you
* Fluent in Swedish and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 2-5 years working experience in HR.
* Strong understanding of Swedish labor law and experience with union negotiations.
* Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (experience with Workday is a plus).
