HR Generalist

Company Description

SGS DNA is a reputable company that is part of QIAGEN Group. The company is located in Koping and has 50 employees. We work with customized medical devices for primary diagnostics (IVD) but other uses. The company also provides certain related services such as analysis and stability studies. We apply Medical Technical Directives, ISO13485 (EU) and 21CFR820 (USA). SGS DNA's customers are in the European and American market. We are in an expansive period. We work in an international environment and corporate language is English.

Position Description

- Specialist for all HR related topics in Sweden, providing operational guidance in all HR areas,
- Single point of contact to local Management in all HR related topics,
- Implementation of Global HR initiatives, strategy and processes at the local subsidiaries,
- Responsible for the day-to-day HR operations such as recruiting, retaining, compensation, benefits, employee relations, legal aspects and administration,
- Close cooperation with external Consultants (specialized on payroll, tax, labor law and work council) to ensure the administrative and legal coverage of all necessary processes and documents for different legal entities,
- Works effectively in a team environment across different countries.

Position Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration (focus on Human Resources),
- A minimum of 3 years professional experience in HR is mandatory,
- Good knowledge of HR policies, procedures, Swedish labor law,
- Experienced in working and negotiation with Work Councils,
- Experienced in recruitment, employee relations, performance management and compensation & benefits,
- Very good knowledge of MS office,
- Fluent English and Swedish language skills.
