Arbetsbeskrivning
We are seeking an HR Generalist for an international company in the premium segment of the automotive industry. You will be part of an engaged and inclusive HR team that works with the company´s most valuable asset – its employees! With a focus on creating a sustainable and developmental workplace, you will have the opportunity to make a difference.
About the Role:
As an HR Generalist, you will be part of an HR team of ten people, working broadly with a focus on Talent Management at the Nordic level. Your main responsibilities will include:
Recruitment:
• Ensuring processes and guidelines are in place and followed.
• Acting as a contact person for external recruitment partners and managing qualitative collaboration.
• Internal communication.
• Supporting parts of the active recruitment process.
Training & Development:
• Responsible for communication and setting up training offerings and development/talent programs.
• Ensuring a documented process for skills development is in place.
• Initiating, driving, and developing training programs and educational initiatives.
On-Offboarding:
• Managing induction days.
• Ensuring documented, qualitative, and updated processes.
The role is broad and covers the entire Talent Management area, where you will function as a project leader and coordinator. As part of a smaller team, you are also expected to have a flexible approach and support as needed, such as with ongoing operational HR work.
About You:
The person we are looking for likely has a few years of experience in the HR field, either from a broad HR role or with a focus on Talent Management. Alternatively, you may have a background in Talent Acquisition, with a desire to develop further. We see that you have an academic education in HR or equivalent qualifications. Your personal qualities are central, and we are looking for someone who:
• Is self-motivated and structured in their way of working.
• Has a flexible approach and is used to switching between multiple parallel projects and tasks.
• Has strong communication skills and easily builds trustful relationships.
• Thrives in a project-leading role where you can be proactive and influential.
We consider it a plus if you have experience from international organizations, although it is not a requirement. You need to be fluent in English, both spoken and written, and it is seen as a merit if you are also fluent in one of the Nordic languages.
What We Offer:
You are offered a broad, varied, and developmental role within HR, with great opportunities to influence! You will be part of a cohesive team that supports and helps each other, and where your contribution will make a difference. Our client has their premises located in Sollentuna/Silverdal, but also offers flexibility and the possibility of hybrid work. The premises are modern and include a lunch restaurant as well as access to a gym and daily workout sessions.
This is a long-term consulting assignment via Jurek, with an intended start in August. We offer a permanent employment with an initial probation period. Interested? Feel free to contact the responsible consultant manager My Andersson at my.andersson@jurek.se or 073 745 43 11. Selection and interviews will be handled on an ongoing basis, so do not hesitate to show your interest!
We look forward to your application!
