Our Swedish and Norwegian offices consist of ca 15 employees in each country who report to our local department managers. Our HR business has until now been managed from our European Headquarters but we are now decentralising parts of our services to a local level. For this purpose, we are now looking for a local HR Generalist.

As our HR Generalist, you will have a lot of support from our central HR Function. There you will find all processes, standards and structure needed to run a successful HR operation. This will help you in your everyday work running our local HR work. You will for instance be working hands-on with HR policies and administration, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, hiring contracts and employee manuals. You will support our local managers in all aspects of HR and together you will create an attractive and well-functioning workplace.

As our local HR representative, you will form an important link between the local markets and our HR headquarters. You will be our local specialist in HR areas regarding local legislation, collective agreements with the trade union and local HR praxis.

This position means that you will either be based in our Stockholm office in Märsta or in our Oslo office in Norway. You will report to our regional HR Manager who is based in Belgium.


Din profil
To fit the position, we believe that you have a relevant education in HR and approximately two years of experience from working in a broad and general HR-position. Should you have experience from an international company it is considered an advantage but your experience from local HR legislation and praxis is the most important part for us. Furthermore, you have a good command of IT and computer programs such as MS Office. You are fluent in either Swedish or Norwegian and have very strong skills in English.

As a person, you have good communication and organization skills. You are independent and self-motivated with a structured, flexible and responsible approach to work. You are also an openminded person who always wants to improve and rationalize your work. We are a big organisation but work in a close and family like environment. Therefore, it is important that you are a positive and social person.
