About the role

As a part of the HR team, you will be the main point of contact for managers & employees based in the Nordic countries of Sweden (our head office), Norway, Finland & Denmark; advising on best practices and policy, as well as rolling out and being a driver to key HR projects and working on continuous process improvements.

The role is moving towards a business partnering model and as such, as well as being the expert in your geographical area, you will provide business partnering support to a functional area of the business in order to support the alignment of business objectives and serve as a business partner to management on HR related issues. As an HRBP you will act as a ‘forward-facing’ employee champion and change agent, embedded within the business you will work proactively with business leaders on various workforce challenges and strategies.

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and proactive member of the team who is willing to tackle challenges and get ‘stuck in’ with numerous initiatives.

What you’ll be doing

- Developing and executing procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for managers

- Coach and advise managers across the organisation on best practices and policy, specifically with regards to performance management, talent development and employee relations

- Manage employee relations cases from end to end

- Partner with the rest of the HR team to drive global strategic and operational HR projects

- Contribute to HR process improvements with focus on automation and scalability

- Support our performance review and talent management process across your business areas

- Continually review and ensure our policies and procedures are effective and legally compliant across all countries in you business areas

- Actively participate in the roll out of learning and development opportunities

- Manage the onboarding process for your location, ensuring that we continuously develop to stay ahead of the curve

- Coordinate and manage regional benefits packages from end to end

- Responsible for internal and external mobility including immigration and relocation

- Manage the offboarding process including coordination exit interviews and interpreting exit interview data for strategic input

- Actively participate in office activities in your regional area providing support to our central facilities manager on the ground locally

What you’ll bring to the team

- Experience as an HR Advisor/Generalist or Business Partner in a multi country organisation

- The capability to guide managers & employees (including peers within the HR team) in all areas of the employee lifecycle according to the respective Nordic country’s employment legislation

- Knowledge of Swedish Work Environment policies and the ability to drive actions supporting our Work Environment plan

- The ability to apply business acumen to legislative processes to support both the business and the employees to work in a safe, supportive and inclusive workplace

- An excellent communicator with all levels within the business

- Ability to switch between administrative tasks and more strategic/global initiatives in an independent way

- The desire for continuous improvement

- You will work in a logical, methodical and analytical way providing a solutions based approach to HR support both

- You will enjoy taking a project through to completion and proactively seeking feedback and guidance from others in the team along the way

- You will be based within easy commuting distance from our Stockholm office as the expectation is that this role will be based from our office in Vattugatan with flexibility to work from home occasionally
