Tasks and responsibilities:
Work tasks
In your role as a HR Generalist you work with general HR related tasks as well as office assistance with focus on reoccurring daily and monthly tasks. You provide HR- and organizational service and support to managers and employees (e.g. recruiting, rehabilitation). Further you provide counsel and directing activities related to policies, labor legislation and other HR related laws and regulations with support from the Finance and Admin. Manager. You also participate with implementing, maintaining and improving existing HR process. Office assistance is also a part of your daily work and for example it could range from purchasing of food for the office to travel and meeting assistance.
Reoccurring work tasks in you work with:
• Maintenance of employee master data in SAP and the electronic personnel files
• Monthly payroll in cooperation with our salary provider
• Assist the annual salary increase & bonus process
• Reporting of pension & sickness
• General responsibility for the company car agreements
• Assist with local GDPR Coordination (mainly HR related topics)
• General responsibility for coordinating conferences
Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:
Education, experiences and personal characteristics
• Studies in business administration with focus on Human Resources or comparable education
• Knowledge of employment law
• Good skills in the use of MS Office
• Excellent language skills, both verbal and written in Swedish and English
• HR generalist experience (incl. recruitment, compensation/benefits), Knowledge of GDPR, Salary administration (nice to have)
We are looking for a person with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You are result oriented but at the same time you are very serviceminded and like to help and support others. In order to be successful in your work we believe that you are a structured person and you have a team-oriented work style and strong admin skills.
