We are currently looking for a HR Generalist for an exciting opportunity with our client! This is a consultancy opportunity, a contract starting in february 2022 and has a two-year contract with a great possibility for an extension.

What will this role achieve?
The main objective of the HR Generalist is to support in a diverse range of tasks within the HR area, to enhance and ensure an efficient and compliant organization. You will support the whole Nordics, but with a focus on Finland and Sweden.
What will be your job scope & key deliverables?
• Supporting in running annual HR processes
• Ensure HR manuals, policies and personnel plans are up-to-date and available for staff
• HR Helpdesk support, working in a Nordic HR Helpdesk team
• Assisting in recruitment processes (Workday administration, screening applications, scheduling interviews, reference-checks etc.)
• Planning and organizing Nordic and local Employer Branding activities and Graduate program administration
• Organizing employee events
• Employee Health and Safety (EHS) support
• Enhance employee communications
• Support with onboarding and off-boarding processes
• Support various HR processes and ad hoc tasks
• HR system administration
What do we need for this role?
• Bachelor level Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Fluent in Finnish is a big plus
• Excellent MS Office skills, in particular Excel
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience within HR
• Experience from working in a multinational company is an advantage
• Some travel will occur
• Business and customer oriented
• Flexible mindset, solution-oriented and have a pragmatic approach
• Self-driven and independent
• Detail oriented and structured
• Excellent communication skills
• Good cultural understanding
• Proactive and being updated in HR processes and trends
